David Paradine was established in 1967 with long term commitment to the JIB, NICEIC and Quality Assurance. For what was once a traditional electrical contracting company, our capabilities have been enhanced through development of ICT and collaborative working with HVAC partners to provide complete building systems solutions. 

Our core business is complete electro-technical system solutions for either traditional or design & build schemes up to an individual project value of £1,500,000.00 centred around healthcare, commercial and educational sectors. Based in the West Midlands, we maintain a strong regional focus with the capabilities for national coverage through our central location.

In addition to our core business we also offer MEP solutions through collaborative working practices with mechanical partners, a special projects team and also a dedicated ICT team with warrantied solutions from world leading manufacturers.

    Contracts Manager

    Loves travelling and known to grace the Karaoke machine on occasion. Andy joined the Company from school and his dedication together with strong customer focus exemplifies our values.

    Managing Director

    James is responsible for the overall direction of the Company and providing leadership to the team. Trust and honesty are fundamental principles towards his approach to life, and work is no different when building relationships.

    Recently diagnosed with Asperger’s in 2020, David is responsible for supporting the accounts team and managing many of the processes which enable the company to run efficiently.

  • Bobby Sandhu

    Project Manager

    Having worked at David Paradine since 16, Bobby has progressed to Project Manager role. His commitment to quality and delivering for customers is what drives him

  • Luke McManus

    Project Manager

    Luke joined the Company in 2020 and bring over 12 years of experience working within the HVAC field of building services.

  • Tracey Tipton

    Joined the Company on 2021. Tracey is our Accounts Manager responsible for overseeing the management accounts of the Company

  • Mike Bedford

    Contract Manager

    Mike is part of our mechanical team and has over 20 years experience working within demanding environments such as aviation. His experience and leadership qualities reflect his approach to fellow employees and customers alike.

    SHEQ Coordinator

    Sue is responsible for maintaining the Company’s health and safety arrangements and supporting the contract teams regarding the delivery of services.

    Business Manager

    Sara is responsible for implementing and maintaining the business systems within the Company. She is also responsible for managing the estimating and tendering processes bring together the Team and Suppliers to support our Customers.
